IRB-4X Infrared Photoeye Sensor Overview

The IRB-4X is used as a safety, reversing, or opening device in conjunction with automatic operators. It features a 24° sensing angle for easy installation and alignment. The lens-less design of the IRB-4X infrared photoeye sensor makes it less sensitive to fog, dust, snow and sunlight.

For gate or door operators that require a monitored safety device, see our UL325 photoeyes. The IRB-4X is not UL compliant.
