The MRD-1P Radar Presence Sensor from EMX Industries is a highly accurate, durable solution for detecting vehicles or pedestrians near barrier arms.

This advanced radar sensor detects obstructions over a configurable range of 1 ft to 30 ft (0.3 – 10 m), with precision measurement down to 0.04″ (1 mm). Its microwave beam performs reliably even in harsh environments, unaffected by rain, snow, ice, or fog.

The MRD-1P features flexible relay outputs for pulse-on-entry and pulse-on-exit signaling, along with a fully featured menu for deeper customization using its intuitive pushbuttons and 3-digit display. Installation is made simple with visual beam shape guidance and a detachable screw terminal block for ease of wiring.
